Diligent Property Inspections LLC provides a low cost, professional, and completely customizable home or boat monitoring service just for you. Since this program is completely customizeable the monthly costs will be unique for each of our clients participating.However, when we designed the program we designed the "bare bones" or "basic" program to cost our clients as little as $30.00 (US funds) a month.
For this fee we will enter your residence once each month and spend approximately one hour on site, observing for such things as functionality of the Air Conditioner System (please set thermostats at 77-78 degrees farenheit), functionality of the pool filtration and pump system, overall condition of the property, a search for water (please shut off the main supply to the home, gas mains too, or we can do this for you, just let us know) or moisture penetration into the residence at all kitchens, baths, and readily accessible windows. A test of the security system at each door and window, and a general security review of the home, looking for any signs of forced entry, outdoor lights not operating, etc.

Now that you have some idea of our basic service, remember we can customize this service to your needs or desires, all at additional but reasonable fees, such as, contacting and managing contractors or other workers to take care of such problems that may be encountered - (0nly with your expressed written authorization).
OTHER ADDITIONAL OPTIONS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Placement of customized Hurricane Shudders, or general 1/2 inch plywood over entry and window areas - Please note that DPI LLC CANNOT be held liable or accountable for failure of these systems, or any damage to the residence that may occur as a result of such failure, even if they were inadvertently improperly affixed or fastened by us. Securing any hanging outdoor light fixtures or patio fans, patio furnishings , etc.

Watering of plants inside of the home

Pest Inspections (potential outside service)

General Cleaning Services (outside service)

General Pool Cleaning and Chemistry Balance/Maintenance (could be handled in house or by outside service)

Lawn and Garden Maintenance (outside service)

Please note that DPI LLC will NOT perform any repairs to the home or grounds, outside of small maintenance items, such as light bulbs, insect baiting, pool chemistry, etc.

Pressure washing (possible outside service)

Collection of mail, newspapers from front of residence.

Basically anything that will keep your home looking, safe, secure, well maintained, and just as you left it.

Please Note that Any and All work performed on your property by others hired by us with your consent (should there be a need) will also be done by fully licensed, insured, and bonded professionals. We will not allow second rate work to be performed on your home. Further as a part of our service as a professional home inspection company we will personally inspect all work once completed. DPI cannot be responsible for damages caused by others to your property, during monitoring periods or repairs made.
