ABOUT US
Diligent Property Inspections LLC was founded on the shores of San Francisco Bay in the summer of 2000. After completing many years of inspections working for other firms in San Diego and San Jose areas, and faced with the coporate buyouts that were beginning to take place by the larger national firms, and at the encouragement of his former boss, Chris Guerra decided to open his own Home Inspection Firm.
With two years of success in his own company, and with the birth of his new daughter, Chris and his wife decided to leave California after being there in San Diego and now the Bay Area a total of 23 years and after some hard thought, investigation, and visits to as many as 5 other states, they decided to settle here in the equally beautiful area of Osprey (Sarasota) Florida.
Chris re-established Diligent Property Inspections LLC in Florida in the summer of 2003, while his partner carries on the activities of the San Francisco Bay Area business.
Now after serving The Manatee, Sarasota and surrounding County areas (with an occasional inspection elsewhere in the state), he feels he has brought business ideas and practices with him that make Diligent Property Inspections LLC a tough competitor and one of the most uniquely positioned Property Inspection Firms in the area. And as Chris puts it - "You haven't seen nothing yet". With a bold vision and several unique inspection offerings and high tech gadgets to help him exceed his clients expectations, Chris feels 2005 will be an exciting year for the firm and his clients.
In 2006 Chris brought Randy Kraft his new partner into the Company. Randy had a background in Home Construction as well as Pool Construction and Maintenance which complimented Diligent Property Inspections and made it possible to expand the business. Randy is a member of InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors).
Randy & Chris ask you to be honest and answer the question that needs to be asked -
" So how does your current inspector, or the one you may be thinking of using measure up ?"
